Naorah Lockhart, PhD
Dr. Naorah Lockhart is an Education Research Analyst with 2M Research. Her research has primarily focused on interprofessional collaborative practice in school mental health programs.
At 2M, Dr. Lockhart has served as a Research Analyst on the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Evaluation of the NSF’s INCLUDES Initiative. He work on the project has included developmental evaluation such as analysis, stakeholder interviews, reviews of technical assistance, network evaluation, network analysis instrument development, Office of Budget and Management development, document review and analysis, coding, and reporting. As a Research Analyst for NSF’s Geoscience Education and Diversity Portfolio Evaluation (GEO ED), Ms. Lockhart performed document review and analysis, coding, and reporting.
Prior to joining 2M, she was the program evaluator for SUNY Binghamton’s Broome County Promise Zone initiative where she worked on all aspects of program evaluation. She was also a research consultant to the Special Education Teacher Training program at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands where she led trainings on network theory and analysis, consulted on instrument design, and collected data. Dr. Lockhart received her PhD in Community and Public Affairs from SUNY Binghamton and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She currently supports 2M’s Education Research practice.
