Kim Williams, MS, PMP
Kim Williams is a Senior Project Manager with 2M. She has more than 15 years of experience in applied social science research and specializes in developing frameworks and specifications for transforming raw data into client-ready products, including developing restricted and public-use datasets. Ms. Williams has directed the data file preparation and delivery for major national studies such as the National Survey of Children’s Health, National Survey of Children with Special Health Care Needs, and the Public Libraries Survey. She has extensive experience preparing comprehensive, technical documentation including user guides, summary and methodological reports, and supplemental data tables. She has experience managing small-scale survey data collection projects, providing oversight throughout instrument development, conducting systems testing and implementation, and monitoring data collection. Prior to joining 2M, Ms. Williams contributed to research portfolios at American Institutes for Research and NORC at the University of Chicago. She is a certified Project Management Professional who earned her Master of Science in Applied Sociology from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Furman University.
