Joshua Townley

Joshua Townley is a Special Projects Lead with 2M Research. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Texas at Arlington. He manages the day-to-day operations of 2M’s survey data collection activities, and is primarily responsible for scripting and testing the large-scale, national survey research instruments commissioned by federal agencies, including USDA, CDC, and DOL. He is also responsible for training 2M’s data collection teams and monitoring all primary data collection engagements for quality assurance. He has developed extensive experience in deploying innovative IT solutions for the administration of web-based surveys, face-to-face interviews, and telephone interviews.

Mr. Townley also performs publications coordination, graphic design, exhibit design, word processing, desktop publishing, and Microsoft Project management duties for 2M. He is fluent in a variety of computer production-managing software applications and knowledgeable in graphics, spreadsheet, database programs and web design. He has served as designer, desktop publisher, and production manager of many 2M research publications, including reports, fact sheets, brochures, and final reports. He manages the production of a variety of meeting materials, including name badges, tent cards, agendas, participant lists, program books, and collateral materials. He also assists with concept development, design, and maintenance of the 2M website.
