Devin Wallace-Williams, PhD
Dr. Devin Wallace-Williams is a Senior Social Science Research Analyst with 2M Research. She has 10 years of experience as a social science professor, program evaluator, and researcher. Dr. Wallace-Williams has expertise using research and data analysis to guide policymaking and program implementation. She has experience collaborating in social science research at the highest levels, along with experience leading successful program evaluations and making data-driven recommendations. Dr. Wallace-Williams’s experience also includes planning, organizing, and leading analytical studies of national scope and impact; preparation of reports and presentations on evaluation and planning; interpreting data which leads to the development of policy and legislative initiatives; briefing agency and departmental decision-makers on analytic findings and policy implications; and coordinating with agency program staff, other federal agencies, public sector leaders, and major organizations.
Before joining 2M, Dr. Wallace-Williams was a Social Science Research Analyst with the U.S. Department of Agriculture –Food and Nutrition Service, where she managed a USDA research portfolio that included $20 million in federal contracts and grants. Dr. Wallace-Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and received her PhD in Psychology from Tulane University.
