Charles Horseman, MS

Charles Horseman is a Research Analyst with 2M Research. He has supported the quantitative aspects of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Landlord Participation in the Housing Choice Voucher Program Study, including analyzing data from the American Community Survey. Other notable tasks performed include cleaning and preprocessing large datasets, adjusting for inflation and geographic disparities, and producing various data visualizations. For the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Statistical Assistance and Consultation of Dating Matters, Mr. Horseman supported the multi-year project through extensive background research and data extraction from the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System.

In addition to his knowledge of transportation economics, international finance, data mining, and GIS, Mr. Horseman has experience with NVivo, Stata, R, EViews, Tableau, and ArcGIS. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington.
