Monica Lathan-Dye , DrPH

Dr. Monica Lathan-Dye is a Project Director/Sr. Evaluation Lead with 2M. She has more than 20 years of public health experience in developing and executing successful federal, state, and not-for-profit programs, and in modernizing healthcare delivery and systems to create cutting-edge health information technology and performance measurement strategies. Dr. Lathan-Dye is a proven visionary leader who is well-versed in mixed-method research and skilled in using various statistical packages, including STATA, SPSS, Excel, and Atlas.ti. She is a keen decision maker with a background in quality improvement (i.e., Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt) and contract management (COR II). In the field of public health, she possesses extraordinary leadership and analytic thinking skills to merge data management; evaluation; and programmatic, research, and policy initiatives that drive growth and innovation. Dr. Lathan-Dye earned her Doctor of Public Health, with emphasis in Health Behavior, from Morgan State University, Master of Public Health from The George Washington University, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park
