Linda Piccinino, MPS

Ms. Linda Piccinino is a Senior Research Scientist with 2M Research. She has more than 20 years of management and research experience in a range of health and health service evaluation and research projects for U.S. Government and international projects.

For the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service’s (FNS) Child Nutrition Reducing Burden Analysis Study, Ms. Piccinino serves as the project manager, overseeing day-to-day activities, as well as coordinating with the project director, subcontractors, and the FNS Quick Response Survey researchers. She also serves as the Corporate Monitor and Quality Assurance Officer for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Mission Partner Satisfaction Survey (MPSS), which includes providing quality assurance for all MPSS deliverables to DISA. She also conducted qualitative interviews of DoD Senior Executives and contributed to analysis of qualitative and quantitative survey data.

Prior to joining 2M, during her tenure at Social and Scientific Systems, Inc., she designed, managed, and conducted health surveys, feasibility and needs assessments, statistical analyses, and process and outcome evaluations for various health programs for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the National Institutes of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, and other federal agencies. Ms. Piccinino is a DrPH candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health, and earned her Master of Professional Studies in International Development and Bachelor of Arts German with a minor in Biochemistry from Cornell University.
