Kimberley Raue, PhD

Dr. Kimberley Raue is a Senior Study Director with 2M Research. She is a seasoned project director with more than 17 years of experience in education research and program evaluation. Dr. Raue is knowledgeable in a wide variety of content areas, such as science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM); professional learning communities; teacher quality and effectiveness; and at-risk youth, including college access for underserved populations.

At 2M, Dr. Raue served as the deputy management lead for the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) INCLUDES project, which means she led the day-to-day management of the project, including designing and planning the developmental evaluation; serving as the primary point of contact with the client; and overseeing instrument development, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, Ms. Raue served as the Technical Lead for the NSF’s GEO ED project, leading day-to-day project management, evaluation design, and planning; serving as primary point of contact with the client, and overseeing instrument development, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Dr. Raue earned her PhD and MA in Sociology from the University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Chicago. In addition to her work at 2M, she currently serves as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate in Montgomery County, MD. She earned her PhD and MA in Sociology from the University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
